We base the accounting fee on annual revenue as both our work and our liability is aligned with your turnover. You don’t have to get this exactly right. You pay monthly based on your estimate, and we adjust at the end of the year.

FAQ's on Pricing

In short NO. We don’t believe in contracts and tie ins. You are free to cancel or leave at any time. 

Absolutely YES. If in the future you need to amend, increase or decrease the elements of service, we are flexible and want to ensure you have the right level of service for your needs. 

Not all all. We want to keep the initial quotation process as simple as possible which is why we have only included the most common services. You can download our complete services menu here >>> TO BE INCLUDED and book a discovery call to get a quote for any other services.

All our fees are monthly, yes. This is not necessarily the same as the frequency of output. For example, for a Ltd Co, the annual accounts and tax return is only done once a year, and it’s a quite a job. Our fee for this job is an annual one, but it’s just broken down into digestible monthly instalments. 

In short yes. You will be assigned a dedicated accountant who will become your point of contact. You can ask questions and seek advice from this accountant. 

If you sign up to our services, you will be issued a formal proposal and letter of engagement. This breaks down the services and agreed fee level. Payment is then taken via GoCardless (a direct debit and digital payment system).
